Elevate Your Performance: 6.fitness Spring/Summer 2026 Registration is Now Open!

As we transition into the second half of the season, it’s time to double down on the strength, speed, and durability required to dominate on the court. We are excited to announce that registration for our Spring/Summer 2026 Session is officially open!

Our programming remains fully integrated with the ATI Tennis Academy schedule, ensuring that every jump, sprint, and lift performed off-court translates directly into wins on-court.


The Session at a Glance

  • Dates: Monday, February 9th – Sunday, June 28th, 2026 (19 Weeks)

  • Focus: Tennis-specific strength, neuromuscular readiness, and injury prevention.

  • Integration: Data-driven tracking using Force Plate technology to monitor athlete progress.


Choose Your Level of Performance

We offer tiered programming designed to meet the needs of every athlete, from those building a foundation to elite competitors.


  • Once-a-Week Foundation ($665 + HST)

    • Best for: Green Dot & Orange Ball players. Focuses on motor control, balance, and agility.

  • Baseline Mastery – 2x/Week ($1,330 + HST)

    • Includes: Initial performance testing + 1 Force Plate session + 6.fitness gear.

  • Game Changer – 3x/Week ($1,995 + HST)

    • Includes: Flexible planning around tournaments + 2 Force Plate sessions.

  • Court Dominator – 4x/Week ($2,660 + HST)

    • Includes: 6 Semi-Private sessions + 4 Force Plate check-ins.

  • Elite Performer – 5x/Week ($3,325 + HST)

    • Includes: The total package. 4 Private and 4 Semi-Private sessions, weekly readiness monitoring, and recovery programming.

Pro-Rated Billing Note: Due to the 2026 holiday calendar, Monday and Sunday programs consist of 16 sessions (rather than 19). If you train on these days, your invoice will be manually adjusted downward by $105 per day to reflect the missed sessions.

Important Dates & Closures

To help you plan your season, please note that we will not be running programs on the following holiday dates:

  • Family Day Weekend: Sunday, Feb 15 & Monday, Feb 16

  • March Break: Monday, March 16 – Sunday, March 22

  • Easter Weekend: Sunday, April 5 & Monday, April 6

  • Victoria Day Weekend: Sunday, May 17 & Monday, May 18

Built-in Makeup Week: June 29th – July 5th.
